Delivery
Products will be delivered by signed for Japan Post or courier service depending on your order and location. As soon as the item is shipped, we will email you the tracking number.
Items are usually shipped within 2 business days of your order.
After shipping, it will be delivered to you within 2 to 5 days. (domestic: Excluding some areas including remote islands) 5 to 10 days International.
*Shipping may be delayed if your order falls on a Sunday or holiday, or if confirmation of your order is required.

*Please contact us if you have not received your product within one week after we have informed you that the product has been shipped.
*We cannot accept requests for delivery to third parties.
*Remote islands and other areas There are no additional shipping charges for remote islands or some areas.
*If you are in a hurry, please place your order with plenty of time to spare.
About returns
●If you wish to return the product, please be sure to contact us by email.
●If there is any problem with the product, please contact us by email within 8 days after receiving the product.
●Returns or exchanges cannot be made in the following cases. (Products that have been delivered after 9 days)
●Please note that the return shipping fee will be borne by the customer.
