レスギ星柄のコーカサス絨毯。このモチーフはコーカサスのカザック・カーペットにもシルヴァン絨毯にも見られます。このラグの外側のボーダーは白地に花が連なり、内側のフィールドと星のメダリオンの深い青を際立たせています。全体に施された植物ベースのナチュラルカラーが素晴らしいです。このラグは130年以上前に織られたもので、オリジナルの状態は良好です。

Caucasian Lesghi star design rug. This motif can be found on both Shirvan and Kazak rugs from the Caucasus. The outer border of this rug is a series of flowers on a white background, highlighting the deep blue of the inner field and star medallions. It has wonderful natural plant-based colours throughout. This rug is in good original condition and was woven over 120 years ago.
